Global Distribution for Luxury Brands: Prada Expansion to India

With a group of two other M.A. students in the Luxury Brand Management program (Mackenzie Carter and Sneha Kamath), we developed a comprehensive distribution and opening strategy for Prada’s geographic expansion to India. Main components of my work include market analysis, target consumer segmentation, and target location research, communication plan, promotional plan. Below is a summary of our project in a poster, selected for display in the LXMT department.
