Supply Chain Management for Fashion: Supergoop! New Product Supply Chain Strategy

With the help of classmate Marisa Lindsay, we created an extensive supply strain strategy for a new product for Supergoop!. Introducing Play! Hair Oil, an innovative SPF product that protects hair from sun damage and retains its moisture and color. Seeking vendors from China and the US for packaging, the product will be formulated with raw materials suppliers internationally, with the final formulation occurring in Florida. We have established an extensive inventory management and logistics plan, as well as developed a tech pack for suppliers.
